We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Occasionally, delivery times may be affected by public holidays, sale periods or unusually high demand — but we'll always do our best to keep things on track.
The more detail the better — building name, floor, apartment or villa number, and area all help our courier find you first time. It's worth taking an extra moment at checkout to make sure everything is correct.
Our courier will attempt delivery 3 times. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us — just contact our Customer Service team and we'll sort it out for you.
Click & Collect lets you shop online and pick up from a selected Punt Roma store — for free. Simply choose Click & Collect at checkout, select your preferred store, and your order will be ready in as little as 4 hours, subject to stock availability and order confirmation.
